Mikaël Brainenberg

Mikaël is a lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar. He primarily advises investment funds, founders, and family-owned groups on LBOs, sales, acquisitions, and other investment transactions.
He has also developed strong expertise in venture capital, working alongside founders and VC funds. In addition, he assists clients in restructuring situations and litigation matters.
Background: Before co-founding Quest Avocats, Mikaël performed its functions as lawyer at Eversheds Sutherland, Moncey, and Ayache, where he met Mathieu.
He completed his legal education at Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris Dauphine-PSL Universities (Master 214 in Business Law).
Mikaël passions are kite-surfing, travel, and boxing.
